I have an Encore GX and it was purchased at the Lenzen Dealership - Chaska MN. My experience was fantastic from the beginning to the completion of the service performed on my car. The service performed on my car was for the Auto Butler and my car looks great. Everyone that I came in contact with was most accommodating - and I am most pleased.

The Service Department not only completed my service work in a timely manner, they discovered an oil leak which they were able to fix that day. They also provided a loaner car, free of charge, on the spot to let me drive, while the warranty work was completed.

Replacing an engine on a newer vehicle is an unexpected cost and they worked with me as best they could. I appreciate all their help in getting me through this difficult time with my Tahoe.

I called in Monday morning regarding concern of an electrical warning light. Robert suggested leaving the car at Lenzen's until it could be looked at in the next day or so. After driving the car, I lost all power and had to have the car towed to Lenzen's. Robert called me late afternoon on Monday reporting that I needed a new alternator. I approved the repair, and Tuesday morning he notified me that the work was completed. Lenzen's fast response exceeded my expectations!

Done while waiting on the service department lounge. Took reasonable time for an oil change and tire rotation. Very nice work.

Lenzen Chevy got me in from a phone call, diagnosed the upper radiator hose issue plaguing the 23/24 Colorado, got me in a loaner car, gave me a gallon of coolant to keep it filled, and got the part ordered within the day. Hopefully GM fixed the issues with the O rings in these trucks, but I'd happily go back here to have another hose installed on GM's dollar if needed

They took care of all my needs that I had. I had my truck towed to Lenzen on Saturday and they were able to have a car available for me to use so I can get to work. I purchased my Tahoe brand new in 2023 from a different metro dealer. It has had an unknown issue that causes my battery to die since day 1. When that dealer quit calling me back I tried Lenzen. Lenzen service, Mike and Mike specifically, went above and beyond to help get resolution to this problem. I will never go to another Chevy service department and will definitely buy my next vehicle from Lenzen.
