I had an oil change but they say that I needed other filters and took care of those with their service.

Very professional people work at Lenzen’s. One gentleman even helped me find my accrued points on my phone to reduce the cost of my oil change. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Lenzen Chevy got me in from a phone call, diagnosed the upper radiator hose issue plaguing the 23/24 Colorado, got me in a loaner car, gave me a gallon of coolant to keep it filled, and got the part ordered within the day. Hopefully GM fixed the issues with the O rings in these trucks, but I'd happily go back here to have another hose installed on GM's dollar if needed

I needed a new battery for my 2020 Buick Envision. The service dept scheduled me the next day and I was in and out with a new battery within 30 minutes. It was great and I also used the coupons they send out to customers to get some money off. Thanks!!

I called in Monday morning regarding concern of an electrical warning light. Robert suggested leaving the car at Lenzen's until it could be looked at in the next day or so. After driving the car, I lost all power and had to have the car towed to Lenzen's. Robert called me late afternoon on Monday reporting that I needed a new alternator. I approved the repair, and Tuesday morning he notified me that the work was completed. Lenzen's fast response exceeded my expectations!

I purchased my Tahoe brand new in 2023 from a different metro dealer. It has had an unknown issue that causes my battery to die since day 1. When that dealer quit calling me back I tried Lenzen. Lenzen's people and their service is usually the best, but this time a new person got my service order confused with another person's service order and I ended up waiting 15-20 minutes longer than I needed to before I went in and asked what was going on with my car. I could see that it had been finished a while earlier but because of their confusion they didn't notify me.

I scheduled my vehicle for an oil change. When the mechanic drove my car back to the lot he noticed that their was a bounce in the body of the car. I had noticed too but wasn't sure it was something that need attention. The service department notified me and recommended that I replace the struts. I did and I feel so much safer in the car now. Thank you to Lenzen's of Chaska.

Found a skinny broken off nail in tire causing a slow leak. One inch long.

Excellent service experience at Lenzen again. I needed some maintenance service and oil change in preparation for a several week, many thousand mile trip for my daughter's car. Additional maintenance services were offered to be of benefit and I am glad I opted to have work done per their recommendations. One example of their recommendation was to do a transmission flush, and i was a bit concerned that sometimes a full flush may not be advised. However, they did do the flush per my agreement; while on the trip my daughter told me that the transmission shifting quality was improved and no longer had the stuttering it had before. The quality of maintenance and the good recommendations have allowed us to have great confidence in her car while driving on the trip. Thanks Robert and Michael and the whole service team at Lenzen.
